Technical Support Engineer Level Two
Starting Salary is $34,000-45,000 per year DOE

Technical Support Engineer Level Two--NovaRad is looking for an experienced technical support engineer with proven ability in supporting computer software and hardware, applications support, workstation/server management, Microsoft Windows Networking, LAN, WAN. Three to five years of successful technical support/call center experience is preferred; Knowledge/experience with DICOM, RIS, and PACS a plus. Any experience with SQL is a plus but not required. Technicians take incoming service calls and assist customers with advanced technical problems.
